Jake Carter started Southern Septic Services After spending over a decade repairing and maintaining septic systems for another company, Jake Carter started Carter Septic Services with one used pump truck and a commitment to honest, dependable service that puts customers first.. The idea was simple: show up when you say you will, tell people the truth about their system, and charge the price you quoted.
That's still the whole business plan. We live in Memphis, our kids go to school here, and we see our customers at the grocery store and the ballfield. When your reputation lives in the same town you do, cutting corners isn't just wrong. It's expensive.
Today, Southern Septic Services handles everything a septic system needs: routine pumping, repairs, drain field work, inspections, and full installations. One local crew, one phone number, and one standard: do it right or don't bill for it.
