Quick Answers to Common Questions
Do I need to be home for my appointment?
For pumping, usually not, as long as we can access the tank lids and any gates are unlocked (dogs put away, please). For repairs and estimates we'd rather you're there so we can walk you through what we find.
How fast can you get here?
Emergencies: same day, 24/7, usually within a few hours depending on where you are in our service area. Routine pumping: typically 1 to 3 business days, since we run set routes through Memphis, Shelby, and Tipton counties and can often add you to one already passing nearby. Repairs and estimates: usually within 2 business days. You'll get a specific date and arrival window when you book, and a call ahead when the truck is on the way.
What do I need to know before you arrive?
Three things help: where your tank is (or your best guess), when it was last pumped, and whether anything is currently backing up. None are required; we locate tanks all the time. On the day of service: unlock any gates, put dogs inside, and clear vehicles from the driveway so the truck can park within about 100 feet of the tank, which is how far our hoses reach. If your tank sits farther back than that, mention it when you book so we bring extra hose.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Pumping quotes happen right on the phone: tell us your tank size if you know it (no problem if you don't) and you'll get a price range on the spot, confirmed in writing before a single gallon moves. Repair, installation, and drain field estimates are free on-site visits with a written price before any work starts. The only cost we'll ever flag in advance: if diagnosing a problem requires pumping the tank first, we quote that upfront so nothing on the invoice is a surprise.
